Pipes and fittings in PTFE lined steel  

 
 
The inside PTFE coating at a thickness of 3 to 6 mm makes it possible to transport highly corrosive and adherent liquids under pressure and at high temperatures.

It thus provides the advantage of improving the useful lifetime of pipes and significantly reducing maintenance.

This type of tubing is ideal for the chemical, food processing and pharmaceutical industries.

Working temperature from - 50 to + 230°C , PTFE is non-flammable
Pressure of use from vacuum to 10 bars
Pipes and fittings with DN 15 to DN 200 in lengths up to 3 meters
Standard flanging with PN 10/PN16 bores [PN 25 or 40 or ANSI 150 upon request]
Items delivered with a fitted flange and a free flange, protected for transport and storage
Steel according to DIN 2848 or ANSI B 16-5
Outside finishing with epoxy-based paint
Markings on all elements

Upon request, Isoflon can also supply bellows or expansion compensators, plungers, tanks or columns lined with PTFE or other fluoropolymers .
